So naturally, I was looking forward to being able to visit the Council Bluffs, IA casinos.
I received a promotional mailing offering 3 free nights hotel, $25.00 food credit and $45.00 free slot play (see enclosed) from Caesar’s Entertainment. Front desk next day informed me that no one was in the room and couldn’t find our clothes. We were lied to that they couldn’t check our room because another guest was in the room and had to wait until next day. Transferred calls disconnected and yet to hear from a manager. Lastly I forgot some clothing in the closet and have tried for two days to locate them. Chicken burger was hard and couldn’t even bite through the sandwich. Some were done eating before others even received their food orders. Had a bad experience as well with at their restaurant (Guys) bridal party family gathering (table of 10) and food arrived to our table at different times. Tub was clogged with ankle deep water in the shower which maintenance fixed the next day. Shower and shower curtain in our room had black mold.
For the cost of the rooms not worth it not to mention zero hospitality!! Front desk personnel were rude as if we were bothering them for assistance. Terrible experience at Harrahs Council Bluffs.
